Jillibd Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules & User Agreement

By using the jillibd.click website and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set out here. jillibd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

This document has been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, jillibd's official interpretation shall be considered final.

To use jillibd's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

What you need to register:

• Full legal name (as per National ID or Passport)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• A valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be suspended and any bonuses forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Jillibd is a platform for adults only. The minimum age to register and participate is 18 years. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated.

Jillibd may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence at any time for age verification purposes. jillibd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits and withdrawals on jillibd can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• In cases of suspicious activity, jillibd may place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

Jillibd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which on the Voucher page details are listed there.

General Bonus Policy:

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Only designated games and bets meeting specified odds criteria will count towards wagering requirements.
• If jillibd finds evidence of bonus abuse, it may cancel the account and forfeit any associated bonuses.
• Family members or users sharing the same device cannot claim the same bonus.

All bets placed on jillibd are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. Please verify the odds, stake, and all details before placing a bet.

• Cash Out: Where a cash-out option is available on a specific bet, you may use it — though the option may not always be accessible.
• Cancelled Match: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, jillibd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Parlay Bet: In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one leg loses, the outcome of the entire bet is affected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jillibd. Involvement in any of them will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

Jillibd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failing identity verification or providing false information
• Suspected Money Laundering or Illegal Transactions
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• At Your Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Users may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

Jillibd takes the privacy of its users' personal information seriously. We never sell your data to third parties.

Jillibd provides its services on an "as is" basis. jillibd is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is cancelled or missed due to an internet connection issue
• Delays or Failures in Third-Party Payment Systems
• Account Credentials Compromised Due to User's Own Negligence
• Unexpected Technical Issues or Server Downtime

These limitations do not affect your legal rights. jillibd is committed to treating all users fairly at all times.

If a dispute arises between jillibd and a user, please contact our support team first. We resolve most issues within 72 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

• Step One: Contact our support team via live chat or email.
• Step Two: Submit a formal complaint by email to support@jillibd.click.
• Step Three: Request an escalation for further review.

All final decisions by jillibd are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.

Jillibd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the Platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please request account closure.
